How do I place an order? Please
e-mail your order (and any special instructions or
discounts) to
info@lilyssparkle.com
You will receive an e-mail to verify that Lily's Sparkle has
received your order. You may also phone in an order at
586.718.6441 and use your Visa or MasterCard. Orders are shipped as soon as
payment is received, unless backordered. S&H is $5.25. All
items are shipped Priority Mail through USPS.
Do you accept custom orders? You
may request modifications to any design, which can be
accommodated depending on the availability of materials.
Earrings can be ordered to match any design.
Can I order an
item in a different size? Yes, of course. Please contact us
with any sizing information you can, along with your phone
number. The general rule to determine the length for
wrist/ankle bracelets is to measure your wrist/ankle and add
1 inch. As with
most custom work a small additional charge may apply.
What about in
another color? If you have seen an item that you like but
you would like it in another color, contact us with your
specific color request.
Do you offer discounts? Bridal Party Orders Lily's Sparkle can
create a custom set for your wedding. Jewelry also makes the
perfect gift for your bridal party! Any color stone can be
ordered to match the color of their gowns. Also remember!
Quantities of 3 or more for the same item will receive a 5%
discount; quantities of 6 or more for the same item will
receive a 10% discount!
Do you gift-wrap?
Gift-wrapping is available for $3.00 per gift.
What forms of payment do you accept? If
you have ordered through e-mail, phone, or mail and have
received your total you can pay with credit card or debit
card by phone at (586) 718-6441. You may also pay by check,
money order, or cashier's check. Personal checks may delay
shipping up to ten days while the check clears. Please be
sure to add shipping and handling. Michigan residents please
add 6% sales tax.
What is your return policy? If
you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us
within 10 days of receipt, we will be happy to issue a
refund or exchange (less shipping/handling). Merchandise
must be returned in its original condition and be
accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Make sure to wrap the item in a padded envelope.
Custom and redesigned pieces are not returnable
and non-refundable. For
exchanges - You will be charged for any balance plus
shipping/handling costs. If you would like to order at a
later date, a credit will be issued for the price of the
returned merchandise less all shipping costs. In the
unlikely event of breakage, we will repair your item within
six months of the shipping date. Please send all exchanges,
returns and repairs via Priority Mail through USPS.
